Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays.


3. Delivery Time

  • Within the same Emirate: 1–3 business days.

  • Other Emirates:1–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified amount (as announced on the website).


5. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through authorized courier companies within the UAE to ensure fast and secure delivery.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • No response to the courier

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

The shipment may be returned to us, and additional re-shipping fees may apply.
